Jillian grew up in southeastern Florida. From a young age she enjoyed re-imagining scenes from her most favorite films, and dancing ballet, tap and jazz. After graduating from high school, she attended Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida for Theatre Arts. She then earned her MFA with the Florida State University/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training in Sarasota, Florida, which provided the opportunity to study with Patsy Rodenburg and Charmian Hoare in London in the summer of 2019.

She also jointly teaches monthly workshops as one of their teaching artists in areas of text analysis and voice and speech for the stage.
